Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment processing begins.

2. After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped:
- Cancellation is not possible
- You may request a return under our Refund Policy
3. Seller Cancellation
Novexa reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Fraud suspicion
- Logistics issues
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
