  • Personal care or hygiene items (if applicable)

Our team will review within 2–3 business days.

4. Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount refunded to original payment method

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is ours → Free return/refund
  • Customer preference returns → Shipping cost may apply

6. Late or Missing Refunds
