This means products are shipped directly from our supplier or warehouse partners to your delivery address.

  • Multiple items in one order may arrive separately.

  • Remote Areas: 7–15 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on:

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Tracking link to monitor delivery status

If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days, please contact us.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned or cancelled. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  • Take clear photos/videos immediately.
